神奈川県川崎市の安産祈願 – 白幡八幡大神 (しらはたはちまんだいじん)

神奈川県川崎市宮前区平に鎮座する白幡八幡大神には安産の神様でもある玉依姫命（たまよりひめのみこと）、神功皇后（じんぐうこうごう）、応神天皇（おうじんてんのう）が祀られており、安産や子育てにご利益があるとして知られています。

白幡八幡大神の創建は1061年と伝えられています。源頼義が鶴岡八幡宮のご加護をいただくため、40km毎に八幡祠を一社ずつ造ると誓いを立てた一社目がこの白幡八幡大神です。

ご祭神は安産、商売繁盛、方位除などの神様として知られる玉依姫命、身ごもった体で三韓征伐へ行き、無事帰還して安産で応神天皇を出産した安産の神様、神功皇后、そして産まれてからすぐ立って歩くことができたとも言われている応神天皇の三柱です。

白幡八幡大神での安産祈願のご祈祷は予約制になるので、希望される場合は一度社務所へ問い合わせましょう。受付時間は朝9時から午後5時までになります。
